Ordering, Payment & Delivery

Items/Parts

Due to the nature of sourcing parts, there may be minor markings/light scratches/blemishes from the disassembly, but please be assured what you get is what you would buy as brand new from store but at LOWER and competitive prices. We show the RRP prices to give you an idea of how much it would cost if buying elsewhere.

We accept returns if the item is not fit for purpose - the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us to resolve any issues.

Ordering

Before making an order with RC Breakers, please be aware that the part numbers shown on the items are the manufacturers reference numbers and I encourage you to cross reference it to ensure it's right for your model before making the order. You can use the Exploded Diagrams to look up the part numbers you need for your vehicle. What is pictured is what you will get; some parts will be bundled together for the best value of money.

Payment

We accept PayPal, but if you do not have an PayPal account, we also accept payment by card via PayPal as we use them for payment processing.

PayPal accepts the following cards:

  • Visa / Delta / Electron
  • MasterCard / Eurocard
  • Maestro
  • American Express.

Debit cards (also known as bank cards) are accepted if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo.

Delivery

Currently we only ship to mainland UK addresses.

During working days, the orders will be dispatched on the next working day. You will receive it based on the Royal Mail's shipping methods you selected on your order. By default, it's Royal Mail 1st Class for smaller items and under £20. For over £20, they will be sent Tracked at your choice of shipping priority (24h or 48h) unless it meets the Free Shipping offer. The Free Shipping offer will be sent tracked as well.

You will be also given the choice of 1st class, 24 hours or 48 hours Tracked Delivery during the Checkout based on the subtotal of the order.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 hours & 48 hours will have the appropriate compensation cover based on the subtotal price of the order. Royal Mail 1st Class only covers up to £20 compensation cover and will only be offered to you if the total value is less than £20 subtotal. You will be sent a Tracking number in the Order Completed email if the shipping method is picked for 24 hours or 48 hours Tracked.

Free delivery for any orders over £60 will apply at checkout and will be sent as 48 hours Tracked unless stated.

Please allow up to 5-6 working days before contacting us if you have not received your order. Also you may want to have a look at Royal Mail's COVID-19 Update page to see if your area is affected with post delays.

In rare cases, we may use other post services like InPost, UPS, ParcelForce or Evri if the order is larger/heavier and the timing.

To ensure we offer the best prices, we may reuse boxes/Jiffy bags now and then but the items will be protected inside.
